THE FUTURE
As I see it, clients need to be able to obtain and be seen to get value for money in this difficult financial climate and large companies often have expensive overheads and many staff to pay.
Personally, I think that the future of the market lies in cost effective and intelligently chosen solutions (with full liason with the Client) through talented individuals who can interpret the Client's needs and steer them around the many and complex regulations whilst working with equally talented, committed and communicative Architects, Civil and Structural Engineers, Project Managers and Planners.
