INTRODUCTION
BOK Engineering Limited was established in 2009 by Nick and Connie Payne, who are the company Directors and shareholders.
BOK Engineering Limited specialises in mechanical building services engineering projects from inception to completion, from a condition survey, feasibility study or report up to a full specification and drawings. Electrical, public health and CAD services are also available on request.
Nick graduated from the University of Liverpool in 1992 with a B.Eng in Building Services and Environmental Engineering and has worked extensively on over 20 market sectors including commercial, residential, healthcare, education, museums, MOD, rail, mixed use, retail, corporate finance and leisure to name a few. Nick has worked on sites such as St Anne's College in Oxford, St Mary's Hospital in Paddington, Hard Rock Cafe in Cardiff, RAF Henlow, Investec Bank in Gresham Street and BT's headquarters in Newgate Street, London and has had the privilege also to work on large projects such as the £550m British Library and the £2bn Jubilee Line Extension.
Nick has also been fortunate enough to have worked for well established building services consultants such as Steensen Varming and Mulcahy (SVM), Atelier Ten and Sinclair Knight Merz (SKM) and with world-class architects such as Kohn Pederson Fox.
Connie was actively involved in the building services industry from 1990 to 1997 and has extensive skills in client liaison, word processing and telecommunications.
